What are the franchise and royalty fee?
Franchise fee is $25,000
(non-negotiable). Franchise fee covers initial training, access to business
systems, checklists, manuals, know-how, trademark, tradename and other
intellectual property. As a part of Yogurt Fusion franchise, you will have an
access to unique business model which is based on fun self-serve frozen yogurt
concept. Optionally, you could choose to extend this concept to also serve
Yogurt Fusion frozen yogurt smoothies and specialty espresso drinks based on
our tested proprietary recipes, recognized by the guests and in the press.
Frozen Yogurt Smoothies and Espresso Drinks are proven to ideally complement
frozen yogurt sales, provide convenience to the customer and add cutting-edge competitive advantage
to your business. Royalty and Marketing Fee is
the total of 3% of gross monthly sales. This fee will cover the right to use
Yogurt Fusion trademark, trade practices and intellectual property as well as
corporate marketing and development which will benefit your business.
What factors impact profitability and return on investment?
Return on investment and profitability will vary depending on location,
quality of management and operations, fixed costs, financing terms, sales and other factors.
How long does it take for application to be pre-approved?
The
application process typically takes 2-3 weeks.
Will you assist with selection of location if we do not have one?
You may enlist Real Estate Development services for a fee, though locations
are not guaranteed.
What is the recommended site size?
Site size is suggested to be between 1,000 and 1,500 square feet.
How long does it take to open a store?
Once construction permit has been issued, build out typically takes 8-12
weeks.
